It took me until this year to really accept it, but I am an atheist. I’ve known for a while, but I never liked the term and never referred to myself as such, but now when people ask me, I tell them just this. But for me, it’s to an extreme. I don’t just not believe in anything, but for me, I am too preoccupied with what is going on with my life right now, that I don’t care enough to spend time worrying about what happened before I was here and what will happen after. I live in the moment and don’t waste my time believing in something I don’t have physical proof of.
